CV FAST swim team 1st Meet Commonwealth pool

Warm up 9:30am Racing 10am- 12:30pm
Swimmers should arrive early to check in with their coaches.
The events are 25 freestyle, 25 backstroke, 25 kick, 25 butterfly, 50 freestyle.Only middle school swimmers will be entered in the 25 butterfly and 50freestyle, unless approved by the coach.
· Parents can declare theirswimmer's attendance on our website here:
https://pcs.poolq.net/event/fast-schools-meet-1.Only swimmerswho are positively declared, or on your emailed list will be entered and ableto swim.
· Please put your declaration through by thedeadline - Wednesday November 19th at 11:59PM.
· Swimmers will be enteredin all events, we encourage them to try them all.
· We will be looking for 16parent volunteers to help with timing. No experience necessary, it's as easy asclicking a button. The link above has a volunteer sign up option.
· Only coaches, swimmers,and school team coordinators will be allowed on deck. Parents and spectatorscan watch from the upstairs stands.
