Specific Authors’ Sites

Alex van Tol has written books for older students, but she is visiting in 2017 to tell us about her book Aliens among us.

Lucky Budd has collaborated on several picture books with Roy Henry Vickers. We hope top have him visit Campus View soon.

Michelle Mulder writes non-fiction books and has come to Campus View more than once.

Michael Kusugak came to visit when he first moved to Vancouver Island from Canada’s north.

Chris Tougas is an illustrator and author who does picture books. He came and showed us an App that he was inventing.

Dianna Bonder is an illustrator and author who came to see us in 2016.

Nikki Tate is a Victoria author who has come more than once to Campus View. The last time was with her daughter Dani Tate-Stratton in 2015.

Kenneth Oppel came when he had just written The Nest.

David Bouchard presented to our whole school in 2012, shortly after moving to Victoria.

Jon Nedwidek wrote and illustrated a funny book called Ducks don’t wear socks and showed us about his drawings.

Lyn Hancock who wrote Tabasco, the Saucy Raccoon, and visited Campus View in March 2007.

Mem Fox a favourite author of many people. Listen to her read Koala Lou.

Robert Munsch is there anyone who can’t name a book he wrote?

J.K. Rowling the author of the Harry Potter books.
