The new School District 61 policy for parent drivers requires that you:

1. Obtain Criminal Records Check (contact school for access code)
2. Obtain a Driver’s Record
3. Complete a Volunteer driver form in our office – bringing copies of your driver’s abstract, registration/insurance and Driver’s license  (we can also make copies in the office)

UPDATE:  On Vehicle Insurance Coverage – Confirmation that the vehicle is adequately insured with a minimum of $2,000,000 Third Party Liability insurance in order to be covered by the Board’s $50,000,000 insurance policy.
